Here’s how we keep your experience smooth and stress-free: • Appointments Only: You need my full attention and focus, so no walk-ins. Your hair deserves it. • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit locks in your spot and goes toward your service. • Consultations: We chat over messages—ask me anything about your style, wig, or personalization ideas. • Customization: Custom hairline frontal installs are my specialty. We require you to drop off your wig 48-24 hours before your reservation to maximize efficiency. • Maintenance: Want your wig to stay flawless? Grab my Wig Maintenance Manual—it’s packed with tips to keep your style popping. • Safety First: Your hair and scalp come first. Let me know about any sensitivities or scalp issues before your appointment. • Payment: I accept cash, CashApp, Apple Pay, and major credit cards. Payment is due in full at your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, there will be a 25% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations. This is separate from the required deposit which is nonrefundable unless the reason for cancellation is that I had to cancel. Any rescheduling within 48 hours of the booked appointment must also be confirmed through the site or sent deposit via cashapp or Apple Pay. If late by over 15 minutes, there will be $10 added to the total. if you cannot make the appointment in 30 minutes, we will have to reschedule. Same day bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled time and appointments with missed drop off the day before the appointment (drop off period is 9a-9p daily) will incur a $30 fee to accommodate for the time of customization same day.
